nClear audio plug-ins and related software are developed, supplied and supported by Individual Entrepreneur ILIA TSVETKOV, trading as nClear.

For each product, the current product-specific offer page states the product name and edition, price, licence scope and duration, permitted number of computers or seats, included versions, supported systems and formats, compatibility limitations, delivery and activation method, and any evaluation edition. Those product-specific facts form part of the offer and are incorporated into the Product Terms.

Paid orders made through Paddle are processed by Paddle as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles order, payment, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, transaction/billing support and refunds. nClear handles the software, downloads, entitlement, licensing, activation and technical/product support.
